Gastroenteritis (Stomach Flu)

Inflammation of the stomach and intestines, usually caused by infection, leading to diarrhoea and vomiting.

Common symptoms

  • Watery diarrhoea

  • Abdominal cramps
  • Mild fever
  • Dehydration

See a doctor if diarrhoea lasts more than two days, or if there are signs of dehydration, blood in stool, or high fever.
